JBER Elmendorf, Alaska- Burger King Image Update Project Number: 9184-22-000012 This project will renovate 3,668 SF JBER Elmendorf Burger King, Blg 7508. This project will modify existing interior and exterior materials, including brick, stucco, doors, windows, and lighting. The existing atrium will be demolished and converted to exterior space. Interior decor, seating, and finishes shall be replaced in customer areas. Drive thru signage will be replaced with new. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing distribution shall be modified to support new design elements. The roof and parapet will be repaired to accommodate the atrium demolition. Work is within an active, operating facility and will be phased. Important Note: The Exchange will award this contract and JBER Richardson - Express based on the best value to the Exchange. The awards may be independently to one General Contractor with the lowest price technically acceptable or by awarding both contracts to one General with the combined lowest price that is technically acceptable.
