The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. GEFA Project No. CW2022013, SEA Project # 231-071 The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements. Major components include new headworks, oxidation facility, 2 each center feed clarifiers, new treatment building with sludge dewatering and disinfection, effluent lift station and for cemainto off-site discharge; sludge pumping set up, chemical feed, digester, demolition of existing phase separator steel tank, grading, and associated piping, electrical and modifications to existing facilities. Construction Manager at Risk - Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion to 0.95 MGD. OWNER anticipates that the CMAR's Contract Price will be approximately $19,000,000.
