As of May 23,2024, project was awarded to Isinguard Construction Group, Inc, but awarded amount is not available. Contractor shall submit Pre-Qualification information as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders and the Prequalification Questionnaire in the Contract Documents to the Engineer by 2:00 p.m. local time, on March 1, 2024. Pre-Qualification packages will be accepted at the offices of Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. at 2995 Sidco Drive, Nashville, TN 37204. This project consists of approximately 1,520 LF of 8-inch and 10-inch PVC sewer along Fischer Court and Murray Lane in Brentwood, TN. The new sewer will connect the area currently served by the Arden Woods Lift Station to the existing Scales School Lift Station. As a part of this project, the existing Scales School Lift Station will be upgraded, and the Arden Woods Lift Station will be abandoned.
