In accordance with the Scope of Work prepared by The Worcester Housing Authority and outlined herein. The Scope of Work outlined in this RFQ is estimated to cost $10,500.00 and is expected to be completed within 45 calendar days of the Awarding Authority issuing a Notice to Proceed. A 50% Payment Bond is required if the bid is over $25,000.00. WHA's property 24 Mill Street Worcester, MA. The work includes and is not limited to the demolition and modification of HVAC and RELATED COMPONENTS CONSISTING OF A. HVAC 1. The Worcester Housing Authority will be conducting selective demolition of nonstructural interior walls and the ceiling(s) at 24 Mill Street. The existing HVAC system(s) will need modifications. The Drawings reflect approximate locations of the ductwork, diffusers, grilles, registers, furnaces, controls, and unit heaters. a) Protect and cap all ductwork, diffusers, grilles, and registers. b) Disconnect and remove the Gas Furnace on the First Floor. c) All HVAC controls to remain in place. d) All Unit Heaters are to remain in place and operational.
