Educational Service District 112, ESD112, Vancouver, Washington, is soliciting competitive bids from responsible contractors for suspended ceiling/T-bar work as part of our 2400 Phase II Renovation on the ESD112 Campus. See detailed scope of work below. ESD112 seeks a qualified contractor for the suspended ceiling T-bar portion of the 2400 Building Phase 2 Renovation Project. Work to include: Please bid per the drawings and specifications on the plans. Refer to drawings A4.40 and E2.10 for layout. Consult with project superintendent for confirmations & questions. Type of ceiling tiles to be Tegular w/ recessed T-bar grid. All suspended ceilings to be 11-0off finished floor. All grids to start at center of rooms & hallways and spread outfrom there, to allow lighting to be located in the center Drywall wrapped drop-beams have been provided so that grids can be adjusted for direction and centering. This is prevailing wage project.
