**As of March 6, 2024, No award, Possible award by April 1st** Bids are to be submitted on the following proposal: to provide all the necessary labor, equipment and materials for the replacement and upsizing (10" to 12") of approximately 3900 feet of water main and appurtenances and necessary street repair Bid Shall Be Considered Unless It is Accompanied by a Bid Bond for the Full Amount of the Bid -or- a Cashier's Check or Certified Check, Issued by a Responsible Bank or Trust Company and Payable to the Order of the City of Xenia, or a Letter of Credit Issued in Accordance With Orc Chapter 1305., in the Sum of at Least Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid. The Bid Guaranty or Bid Bond Shall Be Enclosed With the Sealed Bid. The City of Xenia reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any discrepancies or irregularities in the Bids.
