Site work and paving for a civil project in Xenia, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish all the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services required to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner all the work required for the construction of the Improvements of the Township included in this Contract, all in strict accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications, including any and all Addenda, and in strict compliance with the Contractor's Proposal and the Other Sections of the Contract Documents herein mentioned which are a part of this Contract, and the Contractor shall do everything required by this Contract and the other documents constituting a part hereof. Question Deadline 03/04/2024 at 12:00 PM ET The project includes approximately 3,186 feet of various sized conduit, ranging in size from 12" to 18" in diameter, 40 new catch basins, excavation and embankment for ditch shaping, and miscellaneous paving. This project is owned by Silvercreek Township Trustees and will be managed and inspected by Jones Warner Consultants, Inc on their behalf. The Greene County Engineer and the Silvercreek Township Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
