Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cressona, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project generally consists of miscellaneous milling, fabric installation and installation of Superpave Materials. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Surety Company's Bid Bond on the form provided in the Bid Documents, naming as payee or Obligee, Borough of Cressona, Schuylkill County in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid submitted. The Surety Company must be acceptable to the Borough. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the above-specified date for receiving, opening, and reading of bids, except as specifically may be provided by law. All Contracts exceeding $10,000.00 shall be performed in compliance with Executive Order 11246, entitled, "Equal Employment Opportunity," as amended by Executive Order 11375 and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60). In addition, all Contractors shall comply with the "Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause" as required by Pennsylvania Executive Order 2016-05. Wages paid ai i subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961, P.L I supplemented.
