Initiating Organization: Engineering District 5-0 Agreement Type: Open End 100% State Funded: No Services Requested: Design and Misc Services This project will begin with a study to identify potential improvements to the SR 183 (Pottsville Street) and SR 901 (North Sillyman Street) intersection to address safety and congestion. Concerns are related to long queue lengths at the existing signalized intersection, truck turning movements, and high speeds. The selected alternative will advance into the design phase (PE and FD) with subsequent Work Orders. The goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in this agreement shall be 0 of the total agreement cost. Cost included in a DBE firm's price proposal as direct cost of work and services by others shall not count as DBE participation in this agreement, unless completed by a DBE firm. Additional information concerning DBE participation in this agreement is contained in the General Requirements and Information Section referenced below.
