King George County, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia and a body politic, herein referred to as KGC, desires to obtain proposals on behalf of King George County General Properties(KGC) for purchase, design and construction of a General Properties Maintenance Building, including site work, to be located at the corner of Government Center Boulevard and Citizens Way King George, VA 22485. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to the King George County Procurement Specialist at the address referenced above. Questions will be accepted until 1:00 PM, February 6, 2024. Questions may be sent by fax or email. KGC, in its sole opinion, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and to negotiate an Agreement with the selected Offeror.
