**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 03/08/24 to 03/13/24** Qualified/licensed contractors may submit sealed bids for BCCC Shop Renovation project. Project will involve work to an existing shop building to include reroofing, new PEMB metal siding, limited interior work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $100,000 to $110,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 03/05/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
