The Town of Blackville is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide all permitting, bidding, and construction oversight services for the construction of a community pavilion. The scope includes construction of a pavilion equipped with restrooms and all necessary site preparation. All pertinent federal regulations related to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding will apply to this contract. The successful engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to, these services. All questions or requests for information must be submitted as indicated below.
