The work generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, permits, inspections, bonds, insurance, documentation, and incidentals necessary to construct the Town of Blackville Community Pavilion as shown or referenced in the bid documents, supplied drawings, addenda, and written project direction. The Base Bid includes the pavilion, required accessible access route work serving the pavilion, required immediate sidewalk tie-ins, site work, utilities, and related work.
