Rehabilitation of approximately 9,300 linear feet of 8" - 15" sanitary sewer through cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining. Perform gravity sewer pipe spot repairs prior to CIPP lining. Installation of approximately 580 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer main. Installation of approximately six (6) new concrete sewer manholes. Inspection and rehabilitation of approximately 102 sanitary sewer laterals from the mainline to within 5' of the building. Restoration of all disturbed surfaces to pre-construction conditions, or better, as called for in the Plans. Preparing and executing traffic control plans for all work in roadways. Perform additional and incidental Work, as called for by the Specifications and Plans. The City will investigate and determine the qualifications of the apparent low bidder prior to awarding the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. Each proposal must be submitted on forms prescribed by the City and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to 10 percent (10%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faithful performance bond and a labor and material payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
