The project is include in the city's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) WORK COVERED BY THESE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Lift Station #13 Rehabilitation project is located just west of SW 9th Avenue on SW 8th Street in the City of Hallandale Beach, Florida. B. Bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials to demolish the existing submersible wastewater lift station including pumps, wet well top slab, discharge piping, controls, emergency generator system and fuel system as applicable. The existing wet well below the top slab will remain. The project will include, but not be limited to, the rehabilitation of the existing wet well, installation of submersible wastewater pumps and accessories, access hatches, discharge piping, flow meter vault, gravity sewer, valves, and fittings, macerator assembly, control system, SCADA, electrical service, emergency generator with integral fuel tank, fencing, water service, start-up services, training, site restoration, associated roadway and right-of-way restoration, and all other appurtenances necessary for a complete and accepted project. Construction of this project will require close coordination with the Owner and Engineer. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
