Scope: The City of Hallandale Beach (City) is Seeking Bids From All Interested and Qualified Firms (Proposer) Who Can Provide the Services Outlined in This Itb for Use by the City of Hallandale Beach Public Works Department.the Project Consists of, but is Not Limited to, Traffic Calming, Accessible Ramps and Crosswalks, Landscaping and Lighting at Guardhouses, Electronic Speed Feedback Signs, Bike Lane Markings, Guardhouse Painting and Gate Arm Replacement. Bid Bond: As Per Procurement Code Section 23-12 (2) Security Bonds: Each Proposer Must Provide With the Submission a Proposal Guarantee/bond in the Form of Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) Payable to the City of Hallandale Beach. These Funds Are Not Cashed. These Funds Are Retained Guaranteeing the Firm Submitting the Proposal Will Not Withdraw the Proposal for Such Period of Time as the Commission Provides a Resolution for Award of Contract. Performance and Labor Materials Payment Bond: Proof of 100% of Total Contract Bonding Capacity Must Be Submitted With Solicitation is Required. Awarded Contractor Must Submit Bonds No Later Than Fifteen (15) Days After Receipt of Notification of Award.
