The estimated budget for this project is $6,901,079.91. Project No. 02-22-006 Scope: the city of hallandale beach (city) is seeking bids from all interested and qualified firms (proposer) who can perform force main improvement services for use by the city of hallandale beach public works department. This scope of work includes construction of approximately 2,800 linear feet of 30- inch force main (fm) either by horizontal directional drill (hod) or open cut or a combination of both on ne 14th street from about 150 feet south atlantic shores blvd and connecting to the city of hallandale beachs fm master meter on the sw corner of funston street and s 14th street in the city of hollywood. These funds are not cashed. These funds are retained guaranteeing the firm submitting the proposal will not withdraw the proposal for such period of time as the Commission provides a Resolution for award of contract. Each proposer must provide with the submission a Proposal Guarantee/Bond in the form of Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) payable to the City of Hallandale Beach. Performance and labor materials payment bond: proof of 100% of total contract bonding capacity must be submitted with solicitation is required. Awarded contractor must submit bonds no later than fifteen (15) days after receipt of notification of award.
