CR Number: 2106679 Installation of Traffic Signals on Baker town Road in the Village of Kiryas Joel, Monroe NY Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Contract term: 2 years Location: Bakertown Road, Monroe NY All sealed envelopes should be clearly labeled "BID FOR BAKERTOWN ROAD TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATIONS PROJECT." The sealed bids shall include the completed Bid Form, Non-Collusive Bidding Certification (as required by chapter 956 of the Laws of New York State) and Bid Bond. The Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Guarantee Bonds from an acceptable Surety Company for an amount not less than 100% of the accepted bid. The Village of Kiryas Joel reserves the right to consider the bids for forty-five (45) days after receipt before awarding any Contract, and to waive any informalities in, and to reject, any and all bids or to accept the one that in its judgment will be for the best interest of the Village. All bids are subject to final review and approval by the Village of Kiryas Joel Department of Public Works Superintendent before any award of contract may be made.
