Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Lancaster Township will receive bids for their 2024 Paving Project Only those questions submitted electronically shall be considered. Questions received after 11:00AM on Monday March 4 will not be acknowledged. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. All bidders are required to review proposed project with Municipality's Representative prior to bidding. Lancaster Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. LOCATION OF WORK: Various street in Lancaster Township as outlined on the attached list and maps. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Placement of 1- 1/2 " of 9.5 MM HMA wearing course and scratch course as directed in accordance with PennDOT regulations and specifications and as provisions attached. Also variable width and depth surface milling on streets as directed. Roadway milling material will remain the property of the Township, and hauled by the contractor to 1357 Meadowcreek Lane. Two large rollers are required to be on-site during paving operations. Pavement markings are to be provided and installed by the contactor.
