The sites are summarized below. Administration Building Parking Lot: This segment of the project will focus on enhancing the pavement infrastructure of the Administration Building Parking Lot to ensure durability and functionality. Front Entrance and Scale Road: The construction efforts here will concentrate on improving the pavement condition of the Front Entrance and Scale Road, crucial areas for ingress and egress of site customers. Haul Road Ramp: Remediation work on the Haul Road Ramp . Treatment Plant: The Treatment Plant area will undergo enhancements to its pavement infrastructure, vital for supporting operations and ensuring safe access for personnel and equipment. ARM Group LLC (ARM) was retained by Chester County Solid Waste Authority (CCSWA) to conduct a geotechnical evaluation to support the design of improvements of multiple pavement locations at Lanchester Landfill in Salisbury and Caernarvon Townships, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. This report presents the results of our research, exploratory test borings, laboratory testing results and summarizes our conclusions and recommendations pertaining to the geotechnical aspects of the proposed asphalt pavement design and construction.
