Site work for a municipal facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Procurement/installation of new site landscaping/landscaping features including, but not limited to, shrubs, trees, flowers, grass seed, and mulch. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid total. No Bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after Bid opening, and the Owner shall award a contract or reject all Bids on or before such sixty (60) day period. It is the Owner's intent to begin construction at the earliest possible date after award of a contract. Please contact Mr. Robert C.
