The City of Whitehouse is soliciting planning and management service providers to assist the City of Whitehouse with the development, adoption, and implementation of modern and resilient building codes and flood damage prevention ordinances for the Community Development Block Grant-Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Resilient Communities Program (RCP) through the Texas General Land Office. Accordingly, the City of Whitehouse seeks to contract with a qualified service provider for planning and management services. The City of Whitehouse reserves the right to negotiate with any and all proposers, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
