The City of Whitehouse seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation (Offeror) with substantial and relevant experience and expertise to develop a Concept Plan for property recently purchased in the Shahan Ranch subdivision. Statements of qualifications will be accepted from individuals, firms, or groups of firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide these services. The City currently provides and manages two parks, one sports complex, and approximately 2.5 miles of unimproved trails. The City is under a contractual agreement with The REC to operate the City's splash pad, fitness center, and youth recreation programs. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to waive any minor informalities or irregularities contained in any proposal. Acceptance of any statement of qualifications submitted pursuant to this RFQ shall not constitute any implied intent to enter into a contract. The City reserves the right to call for new submissions, and to award the contract to another firm if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
