The project includes: Coordination and facilitation of a new electric utility service, construction of a new electrical and controls building, installation of new electrical gear and variable frequency drives, installation of a standby generator, replacement of conduit and wire for facility raw water pumps and instrumentation, installation and integration of SCADA infrastructure, replacement of pump discharge and transmission line valves, replacement of transmission line flow meter, and construction of miscellaneous site improvements including fencing, gates, pavements, utility relocations, drainage, and lighting. Coordination and facilitation of new utility electric service. 2. Construction of new 4160-vac transformer and metering foundations and apurtenances to facilitate new utiliity electric service. 3. Construction of a new electrical and controls building. 4. Installation of new medium voltage electrical gear and variable frequency drives (VFDs) for the three (3) existing raw water pumps. 5. Installation of a new standby generator and automatic transfer functionaliity capable of powering one (1) existing raw water pump. 6. Construction of a new 480-vac transformer, foundation, and appurtenances. 7. Installation of new low voltage power and lighting distribution gear and associated conduit and cable. 8. Construction of two (2) new air handling units, foundations, and appurtenances. 9. Removal and replacement of conduit and wire for each of the three (3) existing raw water pumps and facility instrumentation. 10. Reconnection of existing power and lighting distribution equipment to new electric distribution gear. 11. Installation of SCADA remote terminal unit (RTU) for remote control of the raw water pumps. 12. Removal and replacement of raw water pump discharge check and butterfly valves for each of the three (3) existing raw water pumps. 13. Removal and replace of raw water transmission line pressure relief and sustaining valve, surge anticipator valve, butterfly valves, and drain valves. 14. Blasting and painting of all pump discharge heads, flanged piping, valves, and fittings. 15. Removal and replacement of raw water transmission line flow meter. 16.
