Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

Port Huron High School Parking Lot Improvements. The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for 25,362 SY of asphalt pavement removal, 8,377 SY of asphalt pavement cold milling, 7880 Tons of hot mix asphalt pavement placement, traffic control pavement markings, permanent traffic signage, site lighting improvements and other incidental items related there to. The right is reserved by OWNER to accept any Bid, to reject any Bid, and to waive irregularities in Bids. A Bid Bond in the form of a certified check, money order or a Bid Bond for a sum not less than five percent (5 percent) of the amount of the bid payable to Port Huron Area School District will be required with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Materials bonds, Maintenance and Guarantee bonds, and insurance certificates. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Question Deadline 03/04/2024
