Purpose and Description: Washing of exterior and interior of all exterior windows, doors, and structural glass at all Cheyenne Facilities. Included will be all windows (operable and non-operable), store front glass, curtain wall glass, glass doors and doors with glass. The window frames and door frames will also be cleaned in this scope of work. Scope of Work: The interior and exterior of all exterior windows and glass doors shall be cleaned. Glass is clean when all window surfaces a re without streaks, film, deposits, and stain, and have a uniform bright appearance. Glass shall be cleaned in such a manner as to cause a minimum amount of inconvenience and/or disturbance to building occupants. Work shall be subject to inspection and approval of the Facility Manager or his designated agents. Questions shall be submitted individually through Public Purchase by 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), on March 12, 2024. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through the online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
