The Work generally consists of the following, but refer to the drawings and specifications for the complete scope of work: 1. Demolition of existing cast iron boiler and associated flue, controls and piping. 2. Limited demolition of existing boiler room hot water piping, pumps, air separator and chemical treatment tank. 3. Installation of new boiler, boiler room hot water piping, air separator, valves, controlled valves, pumps, fittings, and controls. 4. Replacement of existing controlled valves, and associated piping and fittings 5. Rooftop cutting and flashing for new penetrations. Provide all structural framing work for new roof penetrations as required by the contract structural drawing. 6. Wire new equipment with new branch circuit wiring, including safety disconnects, variable frequency drives, boiler, and pumps. Install new circuit breakers in existing panel boards as needed for new equipment.
