Refer to complete continuation pages for bid schedule, scope, specifications, exhibits, and all other information and terms. Section B.2 provides notes on the bid schedule and bid submission. Section A provides proposal submission instructions and requirements and Site Visit information. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Questions / Requests for Information must be submitted within seven (7) business days of the proposal due date. Questions submitted after this due date may not be considered by the Government for review and answer.
All RFIs shall be addressed in-writing (via email) to the Contract Specialist at Robert.Archer@usda.gov. Answers to all technical questions submitted timely shall be provided via an Amendment published to Contracting Opportunities on SAM.gov under the subject solicitation announcement. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the project within 5 calendar days. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises.
