Scope includes minor demolition, replace all damaged wood members, removal and replace drywall as required. Replace or reinstall all affected existing conditions, including mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, etc. Provide and install new weather resistive barrier, stucco, and roof flashing, and rusted fire sprinkler system brackets (brackets provided by owner). Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount is required for the project. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the same amount. The bonds will be required prior to the execution of the contract. Attention is directed to the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders regarding goals for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation on this project. This project has a goal of 3 percent Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation. Contractors are encouraged to ensure the maximum possible DVBE participation towards this goal. Each bidder shall possess at the time of bid a Class B Contractor's license. Each bidder shall possess at the time of bid a Class B Contractor's license.
