The Commissioners Of St. Michaels Reserve The Right To Reject Any And All Bids. Project Summary The Town of St. Michaels is seeking a carpet replacement company for the purpose of removing the existing carpet and padding and installing new carpet and padding in a town-owned property at 201 Boundary Lane, St. Michaels, Maryland. The contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the removal and hauling away of the existing carpet and padding materials and for the installation of new carpet and padding into the same areas. All subflooring should be evaluated for any necessary repairs and any issues communicated with Town Staff prior to laying the new flooring material.
