Pali Golf Course Upper Level Parking Lot Improvements Estimated Cost: $1,750,000.00 Bid security amount shall be equal to at least five percent of the offerors total bid amount. The original bid bond shall be provided to the project buyer within five working days from the notification of intent to award. If the offeror fails to comply with this requirement, the offer may be rejected as nonresponsive. Certified check Contract performance and payment bonds shall be required for all Construction projects greater than $50,000.00 and shall be one hundred percent of the contract amount Questions Regarding This Solicitation Shall Be Directed to Romona Maeshiro at Bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov. The City reserves the right to cancel the award of any contract any time before the City signs the contract. Question Deadline 03/27/2024 Requests for clarification regarding this bid solicitation shall be directed to Romona Maeshiro of the Division of Purchasing by email to bfspurchasina@honolulu.gov. The CITY will accept requests for substitution submitted electronically to bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov.
