Renovation of an educational facility in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Below are the questions received during bidding as of February 16, 2024. The undersigned BIDDER proposes and agrees, if this Bid is accepted, to enter into an Agreement with OWNER in the form included in the Contract Documents to complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents for the Contract Price and within the Contract Time indicated in this Bid and in accordance with the Contract Documents. BIDDER accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Instructions to Bidders, including without limitation, those dealing with disposition of Bid Security. This Bid will remain open for 60 days after the day of Bid Opening unless the OWNER is delayed in awarding the Contract due to the failure to receive a required approval or permit from one or more reviewing bodies/governmental agencies having jurisdiction over the Project, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant, in which case, Bids shall remain open for 120 days after the day of the Bid opening. BIDDER will sign the Agreement and submit the Contract Security and other documents required by the Contract Documents within ten (10) days after the date of OWNER'S Notice of Award. Question Deadline 02/22/2024 - Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered All questions must be submitted in writing as follows.
