As a Contractor on the MRSC Small Works Roster under the Asphalt Pavement Chip/Crack Repair category, you are invited to submit a quote on this Project. Project Funds: Project is funded by 95% Washington State Transportation Improvement Board Grant funds Project Title: 2024 City-Wide Crack Seal Maintenance Project Scope of Work: This project consists of cleaning and filling approximately 55,708 linear feet of cracks in asphalt pavement in the City of Entiat on certain streets identified in the project scope. Work also includes providing traffic control to complete the work in a safe manner. Delivery of Proposal: City of Entiat, 14070 Kinzel St, P.O. Box 228, Entiat, Washington 98822. It will be the sole responsibility of the Contractor to have their Quote delivered to the city before the closing time and date. The City of Entiat stamp is the official time and date. The City is not responsible for any cost incurred by the Contractor in preparation of their Quote response. Contractors must be registered on the City's MRSC Small Works Roster to be eligible to submit a quote for this Project.
