RFP Process and Compliance questions shall be e-mailed to Colin Spencer, Buyer - CSpencer@a2gov.org The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a Contractor to provide construction services for the 2024 Sidewalk Leveling Repair project, which includes raising existing concrete sidewalk slabs. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond by a surety licensed and authorized to do business within the State of Michigan, in the amount of 5% of the total of the bid price. The City reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject any or all proposals, or alternative proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause.
