Renovation of a mixed-use development in Crossville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This event is to bid for a one-time purchase for the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation. This request for bids is for a one time purchase to furnish all material, equipment, supplies and labor necessary to renovate the pool house, ticket booth, and shelter at Cumberland Mountain State Park's pool. Agency Contact: Cynthia O'Brien at 615-532-0216 and Cynthia.A.O'Brien@tn.gov All bids over $100,000 shall include provisions for a payment bond in the amount of twentyfive percent (25%) of the contract price. The Contractor must have a BC-B(sm), BC-B, or BC-C Contractor's license On-site work shall be performed between contract award and June 15, 2024, unless an exception is granted by the Facilities Management Regional Manager
