This project consists of partially demolishing an existing wood framed municipal well building and constructing a building addition, including new foundation, exterior wall construction, large roll up door installation, new wood truss installation, new plywood/metal roof, new interior electrical, and new interior drywall. The project includes 8" and 12" diameter ductile iron pipe plumbing installation, check valve, butterfly valves, well control valve reconfiguration and salvage, and the installation of two centrifugal sand filters (with 8-inch diameter inlet/outlet flange connections).
