The Project Manual, including among other materials, contract documents, project scope and any technical specifications, will be available for public inspection and may be obtained by sending an email to csmith@gmscfl.com. In order to submit a proposal, each Proposer must (1) be authorized to do business in Florida and hold all required state and federal licenses in good standing; and (2) have at least five (5) years of experience with landscape maintenance projects. Any and all questions relative to this project shall be directed in writing by e-mail only to Clayton Smith at csmith@gmscfl.com. The District reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes to the Project Manual up until the time of the proposal opening, and to provide notice of such changes only to those Proposers who have attended the pre-proposal meeting and registered.
