Upon receipt of responses hereunder, each bidder shall be thoroughly familiar with all requirements contained herein. The failure or omission to examine any form or document shall in no way relieve a bidder from any obligation in respect to this bid as submitted. Any misinterpretation of the requirements is solely that of the bidder's. Bid responses not received by the City's purchasing division by the closing date and time will not be accepted. The City will not be responsible for and will not accept late bids due to slow internet connection, or incomplete transmissions. Bidders may withdraw their Proposals/Bids/Quotes at any time prior to the due date and time by submitting notification of withdrawal signed by the Bidder's authorized agent. Proposals/Bids/Quotes cannot be changed or modified after the date and time designated for receipt.
