Site work for a water / sewer project in Crestview, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of October 31, 2024, construction is uncderway. General contractor information has not been determined. The City of Crestview annexed the Foxwood Estates Subdivision and golf course into the city limits in recent years. The subdivision community is currently serviced with septic tanks for sewer treatment and field line disposal. These systems have begun to fail, and will either need to be replaced or converted to a municipal sewer system. The city has made the commitment to make available a low-pressure system for that community. This project is included in the City of Crestview's FY 2024-2029 CIP. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
