Project was already awarded and under contract with WJ Mountford as the GC The University of Massachusetts Amherst, the Awarding Authority, Invites Sealed Bids From Contractors for the Wheeler-student Area Upgrades at Wheeler House in Amherst, Massachusetts, The Project Consists of but Not Limited to: Renovations to Student Areas and the Addition of Gender Inclusive Bathrooms. The Work is Estimated to Cost $1,800,000.00. All Bidding Requests for Information (Rfis) Shall Be Submitted Online by 02/23/2024 at 12:00pm Est for Filed Sub-bids and by 03/05/2024 at 12:00pm Est for General Bids. Bids Are Subject to M.g.l. C.149 44a-j & to Minimum Wage Rates as Required by M.g.l. C.149 26 to 27h Inclusive. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS AMHERST.
