Site work for a water / sewer project in Tahsis, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Village of Tahsis invites tenders for the Wastewater Treatment System Upgrades Phase 1, which includes the following generalized scope of work: Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to all supervision, construction, equipment, labour, material, and permits, pertaining to the installation of a sewer forcemain that will include a bridge crossing, gravel road extension and sanitary dump station (optional). The Contract also includes upgrades to the south treatment plant, and upgrades to lift stations 2,3, 4 and 6. Upgrades to the south treatment plant will include a new activated sludge trough, new head end screener, new submersible RAS pumps, improvements to the building, and repairs to existing equipment. Should a Tenderer find omissions from or discrepancies in the Contract Documents or be in doubt as their meaning, the Tenderer shall notify the Owner no later than 5 days prior to the tender closing
