This Addendum No. 1 ("Addendum") as dated above modifies certain Bidding Documents issued by the El Dorado Irrigation District ("District") in connection with the District's Flume 47A Replacement Project. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings provided in the Bidding Documents. There are no other amendments to the Bidding Documents other than expressly contained in this and any other Addenda issued by the District. The question deadline is changed to 9:00 a.m. on March 8, 2024 Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. However, District and/or Engineer may, upon inquiry by Bidder, orally direct Bidder's attention to specific provisions of the Contract Documents which cover the subject of the inquiry.
