Description

Site work for a civil project in Pollock Pines, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work shall consist of demolition of existing backwash to waste valves, structural modifications to the filter water distribution boxes and installation of new backwash to waste valves and piping, structural work and electrical modifications. Bidding Documents contain the full description of the Work. The Engineer's Estimate is $1,893,000. Questions regarding this project should be directed to the Project Manager by emailing Ms. Sifang Shan at sshan@eid.org, or by calling 530.642.4079. District may not answer questions received later than 3:00 p.m. on March 18, 2025 CONTRACT TIME. Work shall be finally completed within 352 calendar Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Work shall be substantially completed by March 15, 2026. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. District specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or re-Bid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or quality of the Work.
