This building houses the Eldorado IHC team and is located at 5420 Sly Park Rd., Pollock Pines CA 95726. New systems shall have CA compliant refrigeration systems. All new equipment shall be Carrier branded or an approved equivalent for system compatibility and warranty purposes. All associated equipment such as thermostats and controls will be compatible with the new equipment as recommended by the manufacturer. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings and industry standards. Payment for contract work will be made only for and under those pay items included in the Schedule of Items.
