Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Pollock Pines, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work for engineering/architectural professional services being solicited is found in Exhibit A attached to this RFP. The successful proposal(s) will demonstrate sufficient staff resources, expertise, relevant experience, and lack of disabling professional conflicts to perform the scope of work, along with demonstrated commitment to cost-control and client service that meet the District's needs. The scope of work shall be performed consistent with the terms and conditions of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife Grant Agreement Number Q2496803 (CDFW Grant), as provided in Exhibit B attached to this RFP. To be considered, questions must be received by the District no later than 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
