The base bid work will include all incidental items required to deliver a complete package suitable for occupancy and operation by the Klamath County Fairgrounds. The project will include electrical, water, and sanitary sewer improvements, and also includes earthwork and paving. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of construction necessary for the completion of all work illustrated in the accompanying plan set. On-site work for this project is expected to start April 16, 2024, and substantial completion is expected by August 1, 2024. Liquidated damages will be incurred at a rate of $500.00/Day until final completion of project if work continues past September 30, 2024.
