Reference Number 0000343776 Sealed bids for Contract No RFBK 24-09, ADA Ramps Citywide 2024, City of Kingston, Ulster County, New York, are sought and requested as set forth in specifications prepared by The Office of the City Engineer, City of Kingston, City Hall, 420 Broadway, Kingston, New York 12401. The project consists of the installation of ADA compliant ramps in various locations in the City of Kingston. The work will consist of installation of approximately 56 ADA compliant ramps, resetting bluestone sidewalks, manhole and catch basin adjustments along with work zone traffic control and site restoration. Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % - Guarantee Bond 100 % There is no Pre-Bid Conference. All Work shall be completed by December 31, 2024, it shall be assumed the Notice to Proceed date will be on or before April 1, 2024. Work must progress during the winter shut down period. *The City of Kingston expressly reserves the right to waive any informality in or to accept any bid, or to reject any and all bids, or to award on any or all items, as the interest of the City of Kingston may appear to require.
