Notice is hereby given that the City of Kingston is seeking to retain two separate professional services under two separate contracts: 1) Structural Engineering Services firm and 2) Architectural/Civil Engineering Services firm. You may propose on one or the other, or both. Please separate the proposals and indicate clearly which professional service you are bidding on. Evaluate existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building systems. Provide at least two (2) alternatives with all associated costs, considering the space layout provided in the next bullet. Deliverables: Report on building systems, identifying condition and needed repair, replacement and rehabilitation scope for the building systems in order to allow the building to serve the needs of the Fire Department. The City of Kingston reserves the right to postpone or cancel this RFP, or reject all responses, if in its judgment it deems it to be in the best interest of the City to do so.
