Location #1 is the Forsyth Park Water Bathroom Building; Location #2 is the Kingston Point Beach Kayak Shed. The successful bidder (s) shall be required to complete work no later than December 31, 2024. The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for Roof Replacements at two locations. Location #1 is the Forsyth Park Water Bathroom Building; Location #2 is the Kingston Point Beach Kayak Shed. The successful bidder (s) shall be required to complete work no later than December 31, 2024. Site 1: Forsyth Park Water Bathroom Building a. Location i. 125 Lucas Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401 ii. SBL 48.79-1-4 iii. Approximately 40' x 30' building iv. Located next to Tennis Courts, access from Tennis Court lot off Lucas Ave. b. Scope of Work i. Remove existing roof down to underlayment ii. Replace rotten or damaged underlayment iii. If necessary, replace rotten or damaged deck with 3/4" plywood (cost out separately per sheet, bid must include # sheets included as allowance, and cost per sheet additional as needed) iv. Replace with GAF Timberline HD architectural shingle, color to be determined v. Remove and replace drip edge vi. Existing fascia to remain vii. Existing rafter tails to remain viii. Remove and replace hip and ridge shingles ix. Remove roof penetrations x. Replace boots and flashing for both roof penetrations, replace both penetrations c. Contractor will incur cost of disposal of existing roof material d. All work to be completed prior to December 31, 2024 Site 2: Kingston Point Beach Kayak Shed (Single Wide Garage) Location 66-106 Delaware Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401 SBL 57.21-1-14 Approximately 24' x 12' Building Located next to boat launch, at far end of Parking lot; the shed furthest to the right. Scope of Work Remove existing roof down to underlayment Replace rotten or damaged underlayment If necessary, replace rotten or damaged deck with %" plywood (cost out separately per sheet, bid must include # sheets included as allowance, and cost per sheet additional as needed) Replace with GAF Timberline HD architectural shingle, color to be determined Remove and replace drip edge No fascia existing, none to be removed or installed No rafter tails existing, none to be removed or installed Remove and replace hip and ridge shingles No roof penetrations c.
