The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a purchase agreement with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: Basic Coatings Hardwood Floor Coatings This contract will result in a purchase agreement to the lowest cost-responsive and responsible bidder. Commodity Codes - Commodity Code Description 47130 - Cleaning and janitorial supplies including cleaning rags and wipes 31210 - Paints and primers and finishes and paint solvents and thinners and applicators and accessories; including nickel plating and zinc plating and anodizing and other metal finishing services Length of the Contract The purchasing agreement resulting from this IFB will be for 6 (six) months. Scope of Work Alpine School District Physical Facilities is seeking pricing for hardwood floor coatings. Basic Coatings is requested to match existing stock and align with previous training. Any equivalent submitted, must be approved by Department of Physical Facilities. Spec sheet must be uploaded in Buyer Attachments and clearly show equivalency. Quantities listed in the Item section are an estimate. Actual quantity ordered may vary. Vendor must be able to supply all items requested. Vendor must complete cost for all items detailed in the Item section. Price must include shipping. FOB Destination. Delivery address is 490 N State Street, Lindon UT 84042. Vendor should be able to provide product by April 15, 2024. Vendor must note if unable to provide items requested by April 15, 2024.
